Pick up your car
- Locate your pick-up — your car will be ready at the designated location, washed and fueled.
- Bring your ID & license — passport or ID card, valid Category B license, and the card used for booking.
- Car inspection — a quick walk-around with our team, with photos noting any pre-existing marks.
- Sign the rental agreement — clear terms, no surprises, our team is here for any questions.

Enjoy your ride
- Drive with confidence — the car is yours for the duration of your booking.
- 24/7 roadside assistance — help is one call away for breakdowns, flat tires, or emergencies.
- Fuel policy — the car comes with a full tank. Return it with a full tank to avoid a refueling fee.

Return the car
- Return location — same place you picked it up, unless we agreed otherwise.
- Final inspection — quick check-out within 24 hours; deposit refunded immediately after.
- Final payment — any extras (extra mileage, fuel) are settled at return.
- Email receipt — full breakdown of charges and any refunds sent to your inbox.
